St Patricks Day Bookmark

Preschoolers love to make crafts. It gives them an opportunity to socialize while having fun being creative. And doing crafts with preschoolers, teaches them to follow instructions, do things systematically and use their imagination. Its a win win situation. So how about BOOKMARKS.

You can easily make holiday themed bookmarks with some construction paper, stickers, paint, crayons or whatever you have on hand. All you do is cut the construction paper about 6 inches by about 1 1/2 inches. Then decorate anyway you like. Try punching a hole in one end and make a yarn tassel to pull through it. I alway like to dress the bookmarks up with glitter. If you have access to a laminating machine, you can have them laminated for durability.
