Children are very curious little people by nature. It is very important for parents to encourage their kids to ask questions, but it is doubly important that parents don’t lose their patience when the questions come fast and furious or you have answered the same question more than once. Sometimes they really forget the answer you gave them the first time or two, but very often they want to see if the answer is the same. So be consistent, if you give the same answer each time they ask, they will eventually stop asking. Ask your kids questions too, and if they don;t know the answer, help them to figure it out. Curiosity is an excellent learning tool and you never want to discourage that. A parent can influence the child to question, experience, investigate and to learn. Giving birth to a child is just the first step - now you have to give birth to curiosity within him. As the mother, you have this big responsibility in preschool teaching.
